Delivery and Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100

Oxford delivers to all Australian & New Zealand addresses with eParcel by Australia Post. Your billing and shipping address must be within these territories for us to process your order.

A flat fee of $10.00 is charged for shipping and handling within Australia & $20.00 for NZ orders.

Generally your order will take 2-3 business days for handling and shipping between capital cities once payment has been received. Any orders received after 12noon on a given business day are handled the following day. During busier sale periods, please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

We deliver by eParcel and as a signature is required on delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide an attended address. Please note that eParcel also deliver to PO Boxes if this suits you. If using a work address, please be sure to include the business name in the address 1 field.

If no one is available to sign for the parcel a calling card will be left by your local postman to pick-up from your nearest post office within 10 working days.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

•   Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.

•   Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

• If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. We will notify you within 4 business days if this event has occurred or if the item has sold out across all stores.

• During busy sale periods, please allow extra time, approx 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
