ONLINE RETURNS POLICY


This policy is strictly for ONLINE returns only. 

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from Oxford. If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, Oxford will gladly refund your item/s.

Please note you cannot exchange items via the online store. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items will automatically be refunded. However, you are more than welcome to exchange your items in one of our Oxford stores, see below for details regarding 'How to Exchange At An Oxford Store'. 

All apparel must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface only before wear. The shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return. This does not mean you cannot try it on for size!

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER BY POST?

If you would like to return an item, please complete the details requested on your paper tax invoice sent with the goods. Here you can specify and add any relevant notes.  

If you no longer have the paper receipt please print and include your online order confirmation email. 

Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, along with your tax invoice or order confirmation email. 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of Oxford online receiving the goods.

We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address. Please note customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AT AN OXFORD STORE?

Oxford will exchange online purchases for full price items at any store. *Clearance items (marked with X) can only be exchanged at an Oxford outlet store. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. The online receipt is required when making an exchange. Please note that Oxford stores can only exchange items purchased online or issue a credit note valid in store only for 6 months. Oxford stores are unable to issue refunds. Refunds can only be processed by the online store.

 

I HAVE RETURNED MY ONLINE ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? 

Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Oxford. Please allow 5-7 working days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

Once your order has been received by Oxford and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email from Online customer care.

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY? 

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives faulty, please email customer.care@oxfordshop.com.au or call (02) 9318 2211 immediately and we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Please note we may require a photo of the faulty item(s). If an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to issue you with an exchange, credit voucher or full refund. Please contact us to arrange return postage of any faulty items and we will cover the cost of return shipping. *We are unable to refund postage costs on faulty items if you decide to post the item of your own accord. 

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED FROM YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as change of mind returns will not be provided on:

- Gift cards / vouchers

- Pierced jewellery

- Underwear 

 

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY

 
This policy is strictly for purchases made in store.

If you change your mind on your purchased item, you may return it within 14 days from date of purchase for:

- A Full Refund on FULL PRICED items only. 

- Exchange for another item

- In Store Credit Note valid for 6 months from date of issue

 

Please note, the above can only be issued upon presentation of original receipt.

 

 All items being returned or exchanged MUST:

- Remain in Original Condition

- Have not been worn

- Have not been altered or washed

- Products must retain original tags and packaging

 

For health and safety reasons, there are no returns on earrings or underwear.

 

Please Note, Refunds and or exchanges WILL NOT be given if

  • The customer is responsible for damaging the garment/s by not following the correct care instructions or through misuse.
  • We cannot accept returns of purchases made at Oxford Outlet stores
  • We cannot issue refunds on sale merchandise.

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment for the cost of the items and original receipts must be provided in order to obtain your refund.
